La Pivoine Musicale

THE CONTEXT

La Pivoine Musicale is based in Locmaria-Plouzané, Finistère, France. It operates within the territory of the "communauté de communes des pays d'Iroise" but may also extend to other municipalities in Finistère. The role of members is to prepare events, promote them, and ensure their organisation and smooth running.

Within the association, members are encouraged to be proactive: new services targeting the quality of working life for healthcare professionals, new music groups, or new types or modalities of events.

This is done in accordance with the association’s bylaws. In particular, members are volunteers and derive no benefit from their participation other than the immense satisfaction of contributing to the well-being of healthcare professionals at work.

OUR NEEDS

Any person of goodwill, interested in thanking healthcare professionals for their dedication, with ideas for new modalities, and willing to roll up their sleeves alongside the current members of the association, is warmly welcomed.

More specifically, if you have skills in:

• figures, balance sheets, and income statements, our current treasurer, who is based in the Paris region, would certainly be delighted to hand over the role;
• organising general meetings, drafting minutes, recalling regulatory requirements, and understanding fiscal mechanisms, we would be pleased to have a secretary for the association; this role is currently filled by a volunteer at each meeting;
• communication, social media, event promotion, and relations with donors and event participants, a vice-president for communication role would be within your reach;
• coding in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and other languages, developing dynamic and attractive web pages, client-server architectures, MySQL queries, relational databases, cybersecurity, and a passion for bespoke work, a vice-president and webmaster role awaits you;
• anything else: ideas, enthusiasm, kindness, etc.
